I wonder if anyone knows how it is now in this country. It's my 16th african country but I read some reviews which startled me. In a guide from a few years back they recommend to have a torch ready as there is a problem with electricity, in a review of a hotel they say they have running water for a few hours a day.... SO far never read such reviews lol and been to quite a few countries.

I was assured country is safe though it suffered a lot from a previous civil war and most of the facilities were destructed.

I guess it will be ok, still would be happy to hear if someone knows anything more about it
