palmolive because it smells pretty..lol and because it doesn't cost too much.. i have really long and thick hair, so i refuse to pay a fortune on a tiny bottle of shampoo that will last a week.

the shampoo isn´t that important...I use herbal esenses also because it smells great:D the conditioner is imp...I use the one from Gliss and some self made masks for hair...with eggs, honey, lemon juice and other stuff:)

as for the shampoo, you need to stay away from the stuff that has detergents in it.. use something herbal. do not use those 2in1 shampoos. shampoo and the conditioner should be used seperately. never apply the conditional to the root of the hair. and wash it with lukewarm water, not with hot water. avoid blow drying as much as possible.

My hair is also really long and thick,I dont think that the shampoo is of importance-the mask is what actually matters. Elvive from L'Oreal is my fave,as well as products from Osmo. What i never go out without is liquid silk.I always add some while its wet,and everybody keeps askin me why my hair smells so great :)
